I guess when you raise your hands to ask for advise or for help, you can see who demonstrates authenticity in coming to help you. This could be in your school or workplace. More importantly, I believe a mentor is gift from God, so pls take some time to seek Him, and godly counsel. You can always start with a small group to test out a mentor, be intentional, but be prayerful and discerning too.
